I’m writing this review literally 16 hours after I opened the box, and I have to say it’s been bittersweet. I’ve noticed a couple of things that have been wrong with this knife. Such as it not clicking into place at all. The locking side actually prevents it from springing open and clicking the blade into place immediately. I emailed customer service, they responded back with a message that said to “loosen the center screw”. Which drill bit do I use? It’s a star pattern, but my chief complaint was that it doesn’t click into place. I even went as far as asking for a replacement if I would send it back. Right now, in its current state it’s not usable at all. How can you sell a product that has such a bad defect?
